I am thrilled to be partnering once again with Smucker’s Uncrustables to bring you these fun and beautiful free printable sandwich envelopes. They are really easy to put together, and are a great recyclable alternative to plastic sandwich bags.

I always like to add a special touch to M’s lunch.

It’s hard enough to send him off at such a young age. But I know I need to, if nothing else, for my own sanity – and his as well. So doing something a little extra lets him know I’m thinking of him, and makes me feel a wee bit more like super mom.

These free printable sandwich envelopes are so easy to assemble, they’re even busy mom friendly. They were created to be fun for any age child, with bright colors and trendy designs. Even your teen will love them!

Sometimes I find it hard to make time for the things I love and want to do. Smucker’s Uncrustables are the delicious peanut butter and jelly sandwich that I just pull out of the freezer and they’re ready to eat! But even more important than the fact that they are so easy for me: M loves them. They are a special treat for him.

I use Uncrustables on the go (we are ALWAYS running late. It’s nearly impossible to be on time when dealing with two kids.) I usually realize halfway out the door that they haven’t eaten in the past hour, we’ll be out for four, I should probably pack a filling snack or two…

That’s when Uncrustables saves the day. I grab a pre-wrapped sandwich or two from the freezer, throw it into my bag and rush out the door. By the time we’re ready for it, it’s fully defrosted and ready to go!

These free printable sandwich envelopes are a great way to upgrade your child’s lunch! They are also perfect for note cards (they’ll fit a 5×5 inch card) and for other snacks. You little one will love the playful and encouraging designs. If your child is too young to read it, tell her what it says in advance, and she’ll think of that message every time she sees it!

You’ll receive a ZIP file with both designs straight in your inbox. Use a program such as WinRar to unzip it and you’ll have two separate PDF files so that you can print the one(s) you like as you need it. Below is a preview of how your files will look:

How to assemble your free printable sandwich envelopes:

1. Print your envelope(s) of choice on regular paper.

2. Cut it out along the faint gray solid border (it’s slightly inside the printed area. If you go around the printed area your sandwich envelope will come out great too).

3. Fold along the dotted lines so that you have a square around the design.

4. Flip over and fold up the bottom flap (any one with the slight straight edge before the triangle.) Place a glue strip along the bottom edges of the two side flaps and trim.
