Print or Craft these Epic Superhero Photo Props!
A good photo booth makes a fun party activity and souvenir, and these superhero photo props are perfect for your themed birthday party! Print them for free in color, or grab the line version to craft them from paper. This post contains affiliate links.
For almost every birthday party we throw, there’s a photo angle.
While many people like to set up an actual photo booth (and that’s a great idea) I like to just walk around with my FujiFilm Instax camera in one hand, a few props in the other and offer them around while people eat.
We’ve done big hair photo props in the past, as well as color-in photo props, and many others over the years!
These superhero photo props come in four styles that you can print for free.
How to download the free printable superhero photo props:
Enter your email into the form below.
Your file will arrive in a ZIP folder. Learn how to unzip files here.
It comes in two formats. One eight page PDF that you can use – four full color pages to use as a printable, and four black and white outlines that you can use as a craft template.
So you can choose to print pages 1-4 if you want to print in full color, cut out, and use! Or you can print pages 5-8 if you’re printing in black and white and want to use it to trace on colored card stock.
You can also use the black and white ones as coloring pages.
You’ll also get four full color PNG images that you can use with your cutting machine. I’m still new at designing for Cricut and this was created before I started. It was too complicated to convert because of how it was built, but I wanted Cricut users to have the capabilities to easily do this with their machine.
So you can use the four full color PNG images as a Print then Cut file (it has a transparent background and is ready to upload, resize, and print then cut!) Or you can use them by uploading the images and choosing one color at a time to save as a cut image.
Read how to print then cut on Cricut here.
Or watch how to turn a PNG into a cut file here:
You can also use these templates to make super hero masks as costume props.
What you need to assemble your photo booth props:
- For the paper craft version: Colorful Card-stock and carbon or other transfer paper
- For the printable version: white card stock and a printer
- Scissors
- Glue
- Paper straws (or elastic to make masks)
- Markers (optional)
- Glitter glue (optional)
Instructions:
1. Trace and cut out the parts of your mask and assemble as desired.
2. If you want, decorate it to add a little sparkle.
3. Glue a paper straw or dowel to the back to hold it. Or attach elastic to the sides.
Your superhero masks and photo props are complete!
I have tried to add my email address and username but cannot Download the ZIP folder with four PNG images below – it appears to get blocked how can I download these images or can they be sent to my email address as an attachment
Hi Kendell – I apologize – I had my buttons coded differently than I usually do so that the page would load faster but it looks like that backfired! I emailed it to you directly so if you don’t see it check your spam folder. And I fixed the issue 🙂
Thanks for pointing it out!
