1. Every time I wear these DIY Gold nugget earrings and tell people that they are painted rocks, they reply with “whaaaaat?!” A little bit of gold acrylic paint goes a long way on these. I use these backs to keep them from being too heavy.

my favorite is 14, however I am not sure my hand can still do macrame at my age, but, I think my grandkids and I will try most of the others. Some very great ideas. Love Them.

I make “pet rocks” with my kids
Me and my wife have done a few things with rocks. I actually got done on one knee and asked her to marry me a presented her with a big rock. It was about a foot or so long and around 6/7 tall. And now it’s in our flower bed.
When we got married we wired stone and to hold picture on the tables, and out toasting glasses we didn’t make put the stem of the glass went through a rock

I think I will try the big majority of them. But I have paint rocks in the past. I can’t get the paint to stay on , rain wash it away. Can u help me
Hi Kathy, what type of paint are you using? Washable paint would wash away. I recommend an acrylic craft paint, such as FolkArt. You can also use one that says “outdoor” and you can finish it off with outdoor Mod Podge if you’d like.
